Stretching: Plantar Fascia

Physical Therapist Dr. Colin Miller demonstrates how to stretch your plantar fascia. Once you have mobilized the tissue of your plantar fascia always follow with stretching. By performing this stretch with your toes apart it will increase the stretch on the plantar fascia. Interlace your toes with socks, place toes into floor, and sit back on to heels. Hold for a minimum of 30 seconds.
