Rolling Out: Plantar Fascia

Physical Therapist Dr. Colin Miller demonstrates how you can roll out your plantar fascia using a lacrosse ball. This is our first line of defense when fighting foot pain! Our feet are our foundation and need to be taken care of. Using either a frozen water bottle, golf ball, or lacrosse ball to roll out the bottom of your feet from the heel to the toes. Make sure to hold at those tender areas and perform 5-10 reps of toe squeezes and releases! This will release the plantar fascia and prepare it for proper stretching.
