Kettlebell Hip & Ankle Mobility

Physical Therapist Dr. Colin Miller demonstrates the ankle & hip kettle bell opener. This exercise is great before any dynamic lower body movement. This will stretch not only the hip and calf tissues but also create some joint mobilization for the hip and ankle joint. Make sure to push the knees out with your elbows and drive knees over toes to get the best mobilization as possible.
