Hypervolt Benefits

Updated: Feb 22

The Hypervolt is a state-of-the-art vibration massage therapy device that provides rapid percussions to help treat tight and sore musculature. This device can be used to improve range of motion, decrease pain, while improving the overall health of soft tissue. The Hypervolt is able to do so by providing these four proposed physiological changes to the body:

1. Fascia: By providing high amplitude and high frequency vibration, the Hypervolt is able to relieve knots through myo-fascial release. 2. Fluid: By compressing and creating friction within the tissues, blood flow is increased which ultimately increases the amount of oxygen and nutrition to the site. 3. Muscles: When tissues heat up through increased blood flow, they also become more relaxed and elastic. 4. Neuromuscular: The Hypervolt also has an effect on the nervous system and can help relieve tension and stress while flushing out toxins stored within the tight musculature. With this all being said, The Hypervolt can be an effective tool to aid in warm ups and cool downs while also having the ability to aid in recovery. Pro+Kinetix incorporates and utilizes the Hypervolt in many of the physical therapy sessions as well as the recovery sessions following sports performance training. Outcomes have been observed to be greatly improved when the Hypervolt is used in conjunction with exercise and other manual therapy techniques.
