Ankle Mobility: Introduction

Ankle mobility, especially dorsiflexion, is one of the most important functions we need as athletes. Having proper mobility allows us to walk, run, jump, squat, and just about any other movement you perform on your feet. These videos are going to demonstrate exercises, stretches, and interventions that will allow you to have that proper ankle mobility and improve your athletic movements!
